A Maldivian holding company. We own and oversee the companies of the Vantric group.
What we do
Vantric Holdings is the parent company of the Vantric group. It holds the shares of each group company, appoints their boards and keeps governance, accounts and compliance consistent across the group.
We set up new companies where we see a clear need in the Maldives, and give each one the structure to run on its own. Our first is Vantric Recruitment, an employment and recruitment services company.
Registered on 3 September 2026 under the Companies Act 2023 (Law No. 7/2023), Republic of Maldives.
